CKR is a continuous aspheric reverse geometry lens design based on corneal topography measurements. The lens may be fitted either empirically via the internet through a direct connection between the corneal topographer and laboratory or by using a diagnostic lens fitting set to choose the appropriate lens. With either method, it is important to remember that centration of the lens over the cornea is the key to success in orthokeratology.
