Surgical Products

Cataract Surgery

Cataract surgery is the most commonly performed surgery in the U.S., with well over 3 million Americans having the procedure every year. Typically done on an outpatient basis, the natural lens is removed and replaced with what is called an intraocular lens (IOL). The procedure is highly successful and most people regain very good vision.

Crystalens AO Lens

Crystalens is an artificial lens implant that, unlike a standard IOL, can treat both a person's cataracts and presbyopia - a loss of near and intermediate vision.

Akreos Advanced Optics (AO)

Implanted in over 3 million eyes since 1998, the Akreos Advanced Optics (AO) lens was designed by Bausch + Lomb for excellent stability and superior vision quality.

SofPort

SofPort Advanced Optics (AO) Aspheric Lens

SofPort AO is a monofocal IOL that is designed to deliver improved vision at one distance (usually far). This IOL provides cataract patients with exceptional post-operative vision quality and contrast sensitivity.
