On December 22, 2005 the Company issued a news release and filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission which indicated, among other things, that the Company expected to restate its financial results for the fiscal years ended 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, as well as the first and second quarters of 2005. The restated financial statements are included in the Company's 2005 Form 10-K. Accordingly, the financial information contained in the following Company filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission should no longer be relied upon:
- Annual Report on Form 10-K for the years ended December 25, 2004 and prior;
- Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 25, 2005 and prior.
