Contact Lenses
Bausch & Lomb contact lenses are prescribed medical devices and all Bausch & Lomb lens transactions need to be handled through licensed eye care professionals. When we sell our contact lenses to the optical retailer or eye care professional, we pass title of ownership to them. The optical retailers and eye care professionals determine their own individual polices for refunds and exchanges.
