NEW PureVision2 Multi-Focal contact lenses For Presbyopia

PureVision2 Multi-Focal contact lenses For Presbyopia

NEW PureVision2 For Presbyopia contact lenses provide clarity where it counts – in the real world. Do you strain to see your smartphone? How about your tablet or laptop? If you have presbyopia, you may be able to continue wearing contact lenses instead of switching to bifocals, or reading glasses. PureVision2 For Presbyopia lenses help maintain clear near, intermediate, and distance vision in real world conditions1 . These lenses also feature a thin lens and rounded edge for outstanding comfort.

The crystalline lens in your eyes naturally hardens and loses elasticity with time. With this loss of flexibility, your eyes are less able to adjust properly to focus near objects. PureVision2 For Presbyopia contact lenses feature a design that lets your eyes focus effortlessly and provides clear vision at all distances.

Talk to your eye care professional to see if PureVision2 For Presbyopia contact lenses are right for you.

1 Thirty-nine ECPs (from 10 countries) refitted 422 existing soft contact lens waring presbyopes into Purevision2 For Presbyopia lenses. Patients returned for follow-up visits after 1-2 weeks. ECP assessment of lens performance including ease of fit, and patient satisfaction with lenses in real world conditions, were measured using a 6-point agreement survey.
2 Analysis based on use of a Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensing instrument  to map lens power across contact lenses. More than 6000 unique measurements over the central 6mm of a contact lens were plotted to determine local power measurement as a function of radial distance from the center of the lens.
