ALISO VIEJO, CALIF. -- Bausch & Lomb Storz® Ophthalmic Instruments announces the U.S. release of the E2013T MICS™ Capsulorhexis Forceps with Seibel Ruler.
The newest addition to the line of MICS™ 1.8mm Capsulorhexis Forceps, this instrument is designed for creating the capsulorhexis during microincision cataract surgery. The Seibel Ruler, etched on the top of the instrument shaft, is used for determining the diameter for capsulorhexis and is especially useful when a specific capsulorhexis diameter is required for various lens implants. The forceps tips are serrated to provide excellent grasp of the capsule. This instrument requires the E2013H MICS Capsulorhexis Forceps Handle, which is sold separately.
