Bausch + Lomb Launches Innovative Contact Lens
Patient Savings & Rewards Program

New BAUSCH + LOMB® Horizon Rewards Provides Patients the Ability to Redeem Digital Rebates, Earn Gift Cards, Enter Sweepstakes, Obtain Coupons, and Donate to a Charity

BRIDGEWATER, NJ – Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, today announced the launch of a new patient savings and rewards program, BAUSCH + LOMB® Horizon Rewards. Unlike traditional programs, which typically only provide contact lens rebates, the BAUSCH + LOMB® Horizon Rewards program provides patients with a rebate redemption from their purchases of Bausch + Lomb contact lenses within five business days, as well as the opportunity to earn points and tokens for a greater choice of rewards including gift cards, coupons, and the option to donate to a charity, Optometry Giving Sight.

To enroll in the program, patients can visit www.BauschRewards.com. Patients can earn points by purchasing eligible Bausch + Lomb contact lenses, including Bausch + Lomb ULTRA® contact lenses and Biotrue® ONEday daily disposable contact lenses. Points can be redeemed for their choice of gift cards or the option to donate to Optometry Giving Sight, a global foundation dedicated to preventing blindness and impaired vision.

Tokens can be earned by patients through their purchases of eligible Bausch + Lomb lens care products such as Biotrue® multi-purpose solution, as well as by participating in engagement activities within the website, such as reading educational content, taking surveys, or watching videos. Accumulated tokens can be redeemed to play instant win games or to enter a sweepstakes, providing patients the chance to win a gift card or to receive a coupon for Bausch + Lomb product such as Biotrue multi-purpose solution.

In addition to the opportunity to earn rewards, the online portal provides patients the ability to communicate with Bausch + Lomb customer service representatives who can answer any questions they may have. BAUSCH + LOMB® Horizon Reward members can also choose to receive emails to hear about new program elements, eye care health information, and the latest updates on Bausch + Lomb products. 

Additionally, the BAUSCH + LOMB® Horizon Rewards program is designed to keep patients more engaged with their vision and eye health care by providing educational information and patient exam reminders.
