ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Bausch & Lomb’s commitment to diversity and workplace inclusion has earned the global eye health company honors from Hispanic Business magazine and LATINA Style magazine.
Hispanic Business Diversity Elite
Bausch & Lomb is one of 60 companies included in the Hispanic Business Diversity Elite 2007 list, recognizing the best companies for Hispanic employees. Organizations were ranked using 30 variables including hiring, promotion, marketing and diversity goals. The winning companies appear in the September issue.
LATINA Style “50 Best Companies for Latinas”
Bausch & Lomb received an honorable mention in LATINA Style’s annual ranking of companies that provide the best career opportunities for Latinas. Criteria include the number of Latina executives, mentoring programs, educational opportunities, alternative work policies, dependent/child care support, employee benefits, women’s issues, and affinity groups.
